Fixing Your Sleeping Pattern
You can benefit a lot if you fix your bad sleeping patterns. Keep mind of how many hours are needed for your age group. If you can ideally get enough ours in a day every day (with some exceptions of course) then you will feel better overall during the day. Changing your sleeping pattern to either waking up earlier/later or sleeping earlier/later to balance it out will take a while. Changes cannot happen right away so you should shift gradually by the hour.
